The final project of the route was created by implementing 22.0 m-wide platform (2 x 2 = 4 strips) in urban area and 24.0 m-wide platform (2 x 2 = 4 strips) in rural area including Stripped Topographical Maps, Final Project Engineering Geological Report, Big and Small Engineering Works, Level and Elevated Intersections, Geotechnical Report, Stormwater Drainage, Hydraulic & Hydrological Computations.

The Road of Refahiye – Kemah is counted in the Provincial Road Network of 16. Region Directorate. Due to the lack of present road in this line, the optimum route was determined through the studies. The final project of the route was created by implementing 8.0 m-wide platform in urban area (Refahiye City Pass) and 26.0 m-wide platform in rural area.
